Controller

The controller under the GDPR is Clemens Schmid, sole proprietorship, Mahlgasse 2, 88339 Bad Waldsee, Germany, email: anfrage@hirsch-industriehandel.de.

Hosting in Germany

The website is intended to run on servers in Germany. The host processes connection data to deliver the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure service, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

No cookies without consent

As shipped, this website sets no cookies and no tracking. An analytics tool is loaded only if it works without cookies and the operator configures it on purpose. We ask for consent before setting cookies that are not strictly necessary. That is not the case today.

Contact form

When you send us an assembly, we process name, company, email, phone, message and the PDF. The purpose is to answer you and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). The PDF is not stored permanently on this website. It is emailed only if the operator turns delivery on, and then only to the configured test inbox.

Demo requests

The demo uses fictional machine data. If you send a request there, we process the contact details you enter and the items you chose, so we can show the preview and list the request in this demo's manufacturer view. It is not a real spare-parts order. The only email recipient is the test inbox. By default nothing is sent.

Server logs

The server may store IP address, date, time, requested address and browser string briefly in order to find faults. The logs are not merged with form data and are not used to build profiles.

Retention

We delete contact-form and demo requests once handling is finished, and at the latest after twelve months, unless a legal duty says otherwise. On a local demo the records sit in a file on that installation.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Whether you must provide data

Without name, company, email and, for the contact form, a PDF, we cannot handle the request. There is no legal duty to give us the data.
